We still need a lot of work on it, so please fans, do not go there until next month! 

ZiMi needs designs for the whole site, the home and forum pages. The contest will end in the end of July! If we like your designs, your designs will be used on our ZiMi website, http://zimi.uphero.com/ 


ZiMi is an international fansubbing site dedicated to people internationally with all languages. It will feature news, videos, dramas, movies from all over the world. Think FUN^^

We need our team to start uploading, segmenting and subbing videos. Videos and .srt files can be uploaded via the video page. IMPORTANT!!! Don't try to upload .srt files coded in unicode. Doesn't handle well unicode at all. Upload the usual stuff only. 


To Upload .srt Files on ZiMi

1. Go to Videos page.
2. Click on upload in the "Upload subtitle".
3. Click on browse and then click on a *.srt or *.zeg file.
4. In "the uploader" box, write your username.
5. Below the uploader box, you will see different languages... Click on which language the language of the subs are in.
6. Then below the language box, click on which file you uploaded: .srt or .zeg file.
7. Lastly click send file. 
8. And re-type the full website url: http://zimi.uphero.com/
9. Note: Don't click back, or the file will be corrupted. 

Please communicate with Team Managers in what needs to be done and notify of delays and problems asap!!! Zilly will be the Team Coordinator of All Projects. Priority for team is:

1. Heaven Sword and Dragon Sabre
2. iPartment
3. The Last Night of Madame Chin
4. Dewelling Narrowness

Project 1: Heaven Sword and Dragon Sabre ~ Total 40 Episodes
Team: Zilly (Manager, Subber & QC), Maxis (Subber & QC), April (Viet Subber & Timer), TaijiPhoenix (Editor & QC), MexicanHat (Editor).

1. Need video uploaders urgently!!! Need to upload videos 21 - End. 
2. For episodes 22, 24, 26 we need to upload .srt files. onto video. Ep 20 has been uploaded. Ep 19, we are waiting on corrected subs from Maxis. (Sorry everyone, Maxis is very busy with his job and school now.)
3. Autosegmenters and segmenters needed!!! Can segment ep28 - End.
4. Need Editors/QC.

Ep19: Subs done by April [TaijiPhoenix & Maxis Correcting Subs, Need to QC]
Ep20: Subs done by April [TaijiPhoenix Correcting Subs, Need to QC]

Project 4: Dewelling Narrowness ~ Total 35 Episodes (33 allowed to be air by Chinese gov't)
Team: Pomi (Manager & Subber), Need more team members!

1. Partial subs done up to ep4. 
2. Need to upload .srt files up to ep1-4?
3. Autosegmenters and segmenters needed! Can segment ep5 - End.
4. Need Editors/QC.

Notice: ZillyPomi will be concentrating on our website for month of July, so all subbing projects for the both of us will be put on last priority!!! Project 3 & 4 will not be work upon unless more new team members want to take on the responsibility. I hope all fans will understand.
